From the practicality of swaddling, to the tender ways to sooth your baby, you'll learn the sacred dance of caregiving. More than just practical techniques, these classes offer a sanctuary of support, where fears dissolve and you leave with knowledge and resources that enables you to thrive during the fourth trimester.

Group Classes

Group classes are a great way to learn about newborn care. In groups of up to eight couples you will get the benefit of group discussion and questions, along with hands on practice to build confidence in caring for your newborn.

In-Home Classes

In-home classes are personalized one on one classes in your home. We talk about several topics of newborn care, while also walking through your home and optimizing it for when you bring baby home.

One-on-One Zoom

Sometime life just doesn't allow for in person meetings, and that the beauty of Zoom. One-on-one Zoom meetings are personalized to your needs and want. You fill out a detailed intake and then I build the class around you.
